The complimentary pickup from the airport was highly efficient, taking just 35 minutes from landing to check-in. Our spacious room was clean and well-equipped, perfect for our family needs. What stood out was the inclusive atmosphere; the staff greeted us warmly and were consistently attentive. We sampled the Indian breakfast, opting for idly and vada, which was fresh and paired well with tasty chutney - a nice start to our mornings. For families, the hotel offers a safe and welcoming environment, ideal for children under 12. My niece felt right at home here, exploring the lobby and engaging with the cheerful staff. While we appreciated the comfortable stay, the hotel's surroundings were somewhat limited in activities, making it more suited for a brief stopover rather than an extended family getaway. Nonetheless, we felt well taken care of, evidenced by the punctual drop-off at the airport. In summary, Royal Green offers solid value for families seeking convenience and comfort when traveling through Chennai. We would certainly consider returning.
